Description

Investigate and repair a roof gutter leak into office 1168. All flashing and heating cables to be removed and reinstalled. Electrician required for heating cables. Roof gutter is at the edge of the building on the sloped window side on Kent St. Study completed in 14-15.
A roof gutter drain is leaking around the pipe causing damage to the ceiling in an enclosed office and at least two other areas. If the leak is not repaired, the tenant will have to relocated staff. Wet conditions will create mould risk and damage to the asset.
