Description

Scope of Work
The ice machine Manufacturer is Hoshizaki of America and the Model is a F450MAF-C.

The selected contractor will:
Supply all labour, materials and equipment required to rebuild the flaker barrel on the Bldg 10 ice machine due to excessive wear.
Supply a JSA (Job Safety Analysis) which will identify any inherent dangers or hazards and how they will be controlled.
Complete daily facilities work permits through the Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions Operations team whenever doing any work onsite.
