Description

This project is to convert an old office space into a new satellite operation center on the 1st Floor South Tower. Construction of new walls with security measures. New dividing walls inside the space and a new raised floor in certain sections to accommodate sighlines. Construction of a new entrance though a cement block wall along with secure doors/frames. New electrical requirements (revised lighting, additional receptacles to acommodate computers and screens) with some on emergency power. Remove old carpet and replace with new. New HVAC system for 24 hour cooling and fresh air.
