Civil Engineer to create plans and specifications to address the area of the south wall that experiences leaking when it rains due to insufficient drainage. Some grading has already been done at the east and north side of the building to aid in drainage away from those walls. The slope, drainage and condition of the wall and foundation along the south wall should be assessed for a permanent solution to the leakage problem.
