Description

Investigate all Domestic Hot Water Heat Exchangers and associated piping within mechanical

rooms for each system and replace as required. Include in the investigation if the pumps are

properly sized for the supply and demand of the system and make recommendations. There

are five hot water heat exchangers located on 20N, 20S, 4M North /South and basement

mechanical room off the loading dock (B78). Investigate and replace existing safety valves.
