GOC333254 - 2 - Fall Protection Study, Plans, Specifications, and Tender Documents

Consultant to complete a safety review of rooftop equipment maintenance and proper methods to assist contractors and staff to repair in safe manner.  May require installation of guardrails, relocation of lighting, and or access bridges.  Also review of other areas of the building (Interior/Exterior) for fall protection requirements and existing Anchor points to bring them up to code including testing as per the requirements document. Please review Appendix 9 approved previous Fall Protection Study and Approved IAR recommendation Option 2.  This recommendation needs to be reviewed and confirm it meets all current standards. Study, Plans, Specs and Tender Documents to make tender ready.
