The scope of the project is to replace the existing roof at the facility with like for like shingles. Replacing existing
shingles with a 30 year product, full ice shield application including tabbing, roof venting ( may require
replacement or installation ), to inspect and comment on the existing eaves and drainage ( may require repair or
replacement ).The contractor will be expected to supply and install all shingled roof components in a like for like
manner. Please refer to the Requirements Document and Specifications for further information.
