Consultant to Investigate and Report and Plans and Specifications to upgrade existing Freight Elevator. Implementation in the second year. Located towards the South end of the building there is one freight elevator: Equipment ID:6520153-65-240-005 Defective electrical cable shut down freight elevator usage for the building for over 3 weeks hindering tenant operations and fit-up project. Cabling and parts are not readily accessible due to age of the building. Parts are aging on the elevator and downtimes have become more frequent. Increasing down time can have a significant impact on tenant operations
