PWG1509661-1, PWG1509662-1, PWG1509663-1, PWG1561799-1 - Penthouse-Epoxy Floor Painting (Contractor Services)

The intent of this project is to provide a proper floor finish (Epoxy Floor Coating) in the mechanical penthouses, including generator rooms and chiller rooms. The mechanical penthouse floors in Buildings 6, 7, 8 & 9 have never been adequately finished.
Also included are directional and emergency signage to be included on the floors as well as addition, health & Safety markings on all elevated platforms. The contractor will also be responsible to moving any materials in order to complete this scope of work and to replace all materials as instructed by the Operations Team. Some materials may be requested to be disposed of and it will be the contractor’s responsibility to remove them for campus site and properly dispose of them.
