GOC333112 - Replacement of Air Conditioning System

Replacement of facility air conditioning system. Approx. 3 ton unit. Existing system is over 20 years old and is failing frequently creating issues for facility occupants. New system to be of similar size and capacity of existing system. Replace piping, insulation, disconnect switch, etc as required. To be installed as per federal, provincial and Brookfield Global Integrated Solution’ s procedures and regulations. Contractor to submit shop drawings of new system. Equipment is not to be ordered until shop drawings approved by BGIS. Start-up reports, leak test results and training records to be provided by contractor. Existing unit is a Lennox HPXA16-036-230-01.
