The project consists primarily in the refit of Space # 1PP‐G1‐006 at 1 Promenade du Portage 1 into a
multipurpose area with:
8 private pods of 2 people
Workstations of 8 open stations:
The refitt includes among other things its limitation:
‐Open space with private and collaborative workstations.
‐Meeting room
‐Quiet Room.
‐Locker area.
‐Dining room and kitchenette area (includes refrigerator and sink).
‐Photocopier in the dining room.
* Building:
The project also includes the modifications as applicable, to the following building systems:
‐Plumbing
‐HVAC
‐Lighting and associated controls
‐Electrical distribution.
‐Fire protection (sprinklers, extinguishers)
‐Fire alarm.
‐Communication (internet, network, phone, etc ...).
‐Interior design.
