Provide materials and labour necessary for dividing wall in the carpenter shop area, along with new double doors to parking lot area.  Wall will consist of: 2x4 metal studs at 16" c/c, roxul sound attenuation insulation, 1/2" OSB both sides of wall, and to be primed and painted  with low VOC paint/primer both sides of wall. New doors will consist of: new knockdown frame, two 3'x7' doors, six hinges, one astrical, 2 ASA/flush bolts on non-active door, active door to be prepared for lock which is supplied by tenant.
