Description

Replace existing pneumatic M-cell controllers with modern Direct Digital Control VAV controllers that are BACnet compatible. The DDC controllers must be compatible with Honeywell proprietary base building automation system and also BACnet compatible. Scope will be to replace 73 controllers on the 2nd floor and upgrade to DDC control. Pneumatic controllers from these units will be used for parts to keep other remaining controllers operational. A Project to replace all remaining on other floors will be submitted in the BMP Project Plan for next year. To permit urgent response to replacement of the controllers it is recommended that Honeywell BACnet compliant controllers be sole sourced as a replacement to be compatible with the front end proprietary system.
