PWG297604 - Carpet Replacement

The intent of this project is to replace parts of the carpet located on the main floor of the RH Coats building. In conjunction with ensuring health and safety compliance as part of Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions due diligence this project will assist this area to be ready for work place 2.0 initiatives.
 
Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions will procure a specialized consultant to perform a study leading to full implementation on the feasibility and design options of replacing carpet in the selected area. The findings in this document will include: carpet design selections, procedure of lifting furniture and specifications on implementation. This document will outline multiple options that will indicate the best practices to replace all indicated carpet in the most cost effective manner.
