GOC341867 - EMB 3rd Floor Refit

To construct 12 new enclosed offices and 32 workstations on the 3rd floor of the East Memorial Building. Work is to be completed to WorkPlace 2.0 standards and will include sound masking.  New carpet has been requested and a re-painting of the entire space. Please note that the report to be provided as per the requirements listed in the Schematic Design Phase is only to present the findings of the feasibility/code compliance review and provide a summary. The document is not an I&R with options and costs. Please ensure to include a bathroom fixture count in the report and confirm the existing will support the anticipated occupant load. Bidders should carefully review the schedule in consideration of their proposals and the level of resource allocation/dedication necessary.
