Description

Tenant fit up - Room 641A, requires the installation of 2 windows into existing partition on the North side of the room. The windows are 36” wide (height TBD) , but are not adjacent to any door. The wall slab to slab 92mm steel stud partition with 2 layers of 16mm drywall on each side. Painting will be required. Consulting services must include Mechanical and Electrical review to suit modifications. Note the consulting services for this Project do not include a Schematic Design phase (IAR).
