• Consultant to provide an energy efficiency audit in a format acceptable to PWGSC. The Energy Manager will be involved in historical energy consumption records and review of Audit.
• Consultant to review the 2014 level 1 energy and water assessment.
• This project is to provide a detailed energy audit in accordance with ASHRAE Energy Audit Level II standards and aligning with the Energy Audit Terms of Reference document (attached), which serves as part of the scope of work
• Consultant to provide information and recommendations to further enhance or reduce the utilities demand and consumption at the site.
