GOC338327: SDS Energy Audit_86 Clarence Street, Kingston, ON

Provide an energy efficiency audit in a format acceptable to PWGSC. The Energy Manager will be involved in historical energy consumption records and review of Audit. Standard format established in previous contract to be confirmed for re-use in RP 1 Contract.

PWGSC National Call Letter requirements and SDS Initiatives. The analysis will also create a "Reference Point" as a basis for future sustainable development, cost saving initiatives, and projects for the term of the PWGSC Facility Management Contract. To seek information and recommendations to further enhance or reduce the utilities demand and consumption at the site.

The consultant shall provide a detailed energy audit in accordance with ASHRAE Energy Audit Level II standards and aligning with the Energy Audit Terms of Reference document.

NOTE:

Consultant to follow the Energy Audit Scope of Work_GOC338327 for reference (attached).

There is currently a Level 1 energy and water assessment report available for review and reference
