Description

All the carpets have reached the end of their service life. Recognized in the 2002 BCR. An ongoing replacement project is prudent. Plan to redo one entire floor per year. They are unsightly, worn and pose tripping hazards. Replacement coordinated with a cyclical painting schedule will enhance the Tenant's satisfaction and building appearance which is to be occupied for at least another 10 years.

Recommendation of BCR. Areas are worn and pose some tripping hazard.
