Dismantle 285 workstations from Building 5 East, 3rd Floor (as per space delineation depicted in GREEN on drawing). **Area of workstations identified on the attached floor plan in RED between columns N17, O17, P17, N18, O18 and P18 must be left in place. (filing cabinets and accessories to be removed, only workstations to remain)  
Relocate workstation parts, filing cabinets and office accessories (white board, foot rest, etc.) to Building 5 Parking Garage as labeled.  
Dispose of workstation parts, filing cabinets and office accessories as labeled.  
 
 
Raise Floor Tiles  
Relocate and replace raised floor tiles and carpet with grommet holes located in workstation area (approx. 285+ grommets) to specified outside perimeters of the space (as per space delineation depicted in ORANGE on the drawing).  
To remove and replace raise floor tiles from one Lab Room to another as directed.  
Purchase and install new grommet hole covers (approximately 285+/-)  
**If there is insufficient space on the 3rd floor to complete the tile replacement, tiles from the same outside perimeter of the 2nd floor in Building 5 should be relocated and replaced (as per space delineation depicted in ORANGE on the drawing).
 
 
 
Chairs  
Relocate chairs from Building 5 East, 3rd Floor to Lab Room in Building 5 East 2nd floor as labeled.
