Statement of Work/Overview:
Replace fire alarm system with new system with similar capacity and capabilities of existing system. The existing system is an Edwards panel 6616 with 4 zones, with 38 devices, consisting of 17 rate of rise heat detectors, 4 fixed heat detectors, 3 smoke detectors, 6 end of line devices, 8 manual pull stations and 6 fire bells. New system to meet current NFC and NBC requirements. Site examination required by consultant to verify level of protection required to comply with Treasury Board requirements for protection of federal premises and materials and records stored on site. RCMP Detachment project.

Site visit is not mandatory but it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and its existing site conditions prior to bidding. Should a company representative need to visit site, please send an email to Tracy.Hubbell@brookfieldgis.com & Justin.Durand@BrookfieldGIS.com indicating intent to visit site. Notification of said intent is to be received no later than October 28, 2015 at 12:00pm
