Description

1. Remove existing cladding and old metal counter flashing along high wall transition. Install new self adhering waterproof membrane over entire vertical surface of wall, extending at leasr 24” onto lower wall surface. Install new counter flashings and re-install metal cladding. Replace shingles along wall as required to match existing.

2. Remove metal cladding, counterflashing and metal cap at chimney. Install new membrane waterproofing, step flasings and shingles around chimney. Install saddle at upslope transition with chimney to divert water and snow.

3. Replace soil stack flashing as per acceptable installation detailing, ensuring full seal around stack pipe.

4. Install additional Maximum attic exhaust ventilators as required. Install and flash as per manufacturer recommendation.

5. Remove debris from eavestrough.
