Description

We have 2 buildings at the BCC site that are being refit.

We require a project specific DSR for these 2 buildings in order to identify any designated substances.

The scope includes: Taking 10 samples per building, the materials that are to be sampled are:

Ceiling Tile, wall plaster, ceiling plaster,pipe insulation and floor tile. 2 samples of each per building. All areas are accessible with a 6 foot step ladder. All work to be completed during normal business hours. Drawings of both buildings and work areas will be provided.

Provide the results of the testing by way of a report no later that one (1) week following award of contract.
