PLEASE EXPAND

Contractor is responsible to print 75 signs and supply and install Windfighter Aluminum Frame System for permanent sign application in 35 locations as provided. Initially, install one sign in each location indicated on the site plan provided. Provide cost of initial supply and installation of signs as approved by consultant. Provide cost of 3 year contract including full warranty, maintenance program and all encroachment permits.

Installation date no later than November 30th.

Consultant will provide:

All specifications and verification of initial installation.
5 designs to be installed.
Signs are identified as Generic (A), (B) and Seasonal (CDE).
Permits to BrookfieldGIS for allowance to install exterior signage on the building.

Bidder must:

Print and supply 5 visuals of 15 copies each (total 75), 4 colour process 2 sided.

Specs: Size 33 inches x 72 inches. 3 designs immediate (ABC) for installation and 2 additional designs (D) to be installed January 7th and (E) to be installed before end of March 2016.

Provide Windfighter Aluminum Frame System XG1 installed with Bandit stainless strapping system, powder coated in black.

Maintenance and Warranty

Term: 3 years

Year 1: Dec 1st 2015 to Mar 31st 2016
Year 2: Apr 1st 2016 to Mar 31st 2017
Year 3: Apr 1st 2017 to Mar 31st 2018

Parts and labour included.
All signs covered under warranty for winds up to 100 km/hr.
Provide 3 changes per year of 10 seasonal signs (CD or E) at locations provided.

November 12 Holiday Signs (C)
January 7 Seasonal Sign (D)
Before March 31 Spring and Summer (E)

Note: Year one includes only 2 changes (January and March).

Removed signs must be cleaned, packaged and delivered to storage in 240 Sparks. During all seasonal changes, a site visit is required to examine and verify all sign installations meet specifications or adjust/repair/replace accordingly.

All permits for encroachment both initial and ongoing are responsibility of contractor.

Provide cost for emergency calls:
24 hour response per man/hr
4 hour response per man/hr

Prior to installation of new signs, remove and dispose of all previous sign/ banner hardware on all columns.
