Site Visit is Mandatory and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding.
Maintenance Technician Lead (MTL) for each building/facility will be available for each site visit if a bidder/or their company representative(s) need to visit several or a specific site.
Meet at the Pickering Lands Site office, 5070 Sideline 22, Claremont, Ontario in the main entrance lobby and sign the site visit attendance sheet.
