GOC334027 - Interior Painting to Facility

Repair and paint all interior walls, also all of the interior doors and frames are to be painted and all other exposed metal areas. This would include painting the exposed heaters. Remove wall paper, repair wall and paint. All of the exterior doors and frames to be painted. The exterior doors are to stay brown and the interior work are to be new colour chosen by tenant. All of the ceiling diffusers are to be spray painted white. Also, included to be painted are the exterior blue sign and parking lot lines. Replace closet doors.
