Last year a project created a new secure area in this facility. Renovated area is painted, continue with the same colours through the remainder of the detachment first floor, including doors and frames. Remove wallpaper, repair walls and paint as above. Repair and paint wall in stairwell to 2nd floor as well as 2nd floor kitchenette. All work to be completed after hours.
