To complete a full energy and water audit as per the Energy and Water Audit Report - Scope of Work - 26 September 2015 (19 pgs) and appended to this requirements document. Refer also to exerpted page 33 from National Call Letter, section 2.1.2.4 Water Conservation. PLEASE NOTE:The asset is set for disposal in 2017/2018. The intent is to complete the audit and identify any opportunities for energy savings that can be implemented in the short term at virtually no cost to the Crown. The report should be written in such fashion as to lend weight to the decision by the Crown to dispose of this asset.
