GOC360442 - Roof Repairs

Roof repairs are required as there have been reports of leaks that have occurred so there should also be
an investigation to check for water damage to ensure there is no mould remediation required. 4 ply
built-up roof, 13 mm fibreboard, 50mm rigid insulation, air vapour barrier, concrete deck installed in
1998. All of the roofing needs to be replaced both due to leaks, and age. The focus for DFO will likely be
a section of the Main Admin Building (currently leaking after or during every rain), however, other roof
surfaces are also in need of repair including the remainder of the Admin Building.
