Description

Prepare the plans and specification and IAR per this specification. The loading dock floor is damaged from trench to dock, and appears adequate from trench to overhead doors. Photos were taken by the BuildingTechnician and Image L.D. #3 has "L" shapes made with felt marker to box in a section that is loose and hollow. The dock plate sections seem sound with only basic wear. Interior flooring in the loading dock is crumbling in places. Repair the concrete and any damaged curbing associated.
