Description

The scope of the project is to supply and install 2 new ductless split AC Units. One AC unit is to supply the
LAN room, and the second is to supply the Guard Station in the cellblock area. The project will also include all
required refrigerant documentation (ODS Tags, Start up Reports, Leak Test Reports, etc.). The consultant will
be required to view the existing site and determine whether the use of the existing condenser is a viable
option, or whether a new condenser will be required for each of the new heads. The consultant will also have
to determine the best locations for the equipment to be installed ( condensers may be mounted on a pad or
wall mounted ); as well as determine suitable power sources for the new units, and ensure that there are no
exposed conduit or lines. The consultant will also be required to appropriately size the new units and
incorporate this into the plans and specifications
