GOC358360 - High Speed Roll Up Door and Intercom System

The tenant would like to install 3 high speed roll up doors to restrict access to the warehouse area. The existing metal doors can act as fire doors and roll up doors but the gear box fails repeatedly due to design issues so they are not used as regular roll up doors. The existing fire door will remain in place and a new vinyl roll up door will be installed on the other side of the wall with an open/ close button and connected to the existing card access system. Existing roll up door open / close buttons should be covered with hinged box to avoid using in the future. The inside vestibule door at the front entrance to the building was retrofitted with a card access and power door lock in 2014. However the outside wheelchair buttons are currently wired to open both doors. This needs to be rewired to only open the front door. A second button needs to be added to the inside of the vestibule and connected to the card access system that will open the vestibule door on key card control. The inside wheelchair button needs to be connected to the vestibule door power lock to be able to open both doors simultaneously.
The tenant would also like to upgrade the intercom to install a camera / intercom at the front vestibule door that can be opened from an intercom station at the front desk. This system should be tied into the existing intercom system operating the back loading dock door.
