Description

Due to mechanical failure that has left chiller one inoperable a repair will be needed to keep the building functioning until the chiller project can be completed. The work would include but limited to -Pumping down remaining refrigerant for chiller 1 circuit 1 and 2 and purge with nitrogen. Cut both suction and liquid lines of evaporator then open both end bells and replace dividing gaskets for circuit 1 and 2. Remove old compressor oil in the system and for all four compressor and replace with new. Supply and install new liquid line dryer cores. Open end covers for condensers of circuit 1 and 2, punch tubes and clean. Do eddy current test for the two condensers and one evaporator for circuits 1 and 2 of chiller 1. Box up and pull down vacuum and test for tightness. Refill with new refrigerant R407C for each circuit. Start up, test and verify operation

MTL/Technician for each building / facility will be available for site visits, if a bidder/or their company representative/s need to visit several or a specific site. Refer to schedule below:
