GOC372331 - Cs - CFNCIU Retrofit BS NT

Project consists of three phases.  Phase 1: BS062 to patch and paint complete office area, replace carpet, and add electrical circuits as required (tenant to supply data drops).   Phase 2: BS050 to construct one new office, new walls slab to slab, replace existing rear exit door with new STC 50 door and frame (including drop seal and gaskets), replace all carpet and base.  Confirm HVAC requirements for the office (1 person).  Phase 3: BS061 to construct one new interview room and one monitor room along with a one way mirror, recording and audio equipment (equipment and cabling installed by others).  Construct two new offices with slab to slab and insulated wall construction.  HVAC considerations for (1 person per office) per office.
