Description

This project is to demolish the existing interior office fit-out from previous tenant for the entirety of the 14th floor Library square (approximately 1000m2) and fit-out a new tenancy for part of the floor (approximately 450m2). The new office fit-out includes a new kitchenette and LAN room and some enhanced acoustic and security requirements that are described in the drawings and specifications.
