Description

Provide an additional 6” of spray-foam insulation inside the enclosure and cover all removable panels except for two per enclosure located on opposite ends.
Provide weather stripping along edge of the removable panels that will remain in operation.
Remove existing “low temperature” thermostats, monitor water and/or pipe temperature directly and communicate low temperature to BMS. This will require tying in the existing 120V thermostat wiring to the new temperature sensing device, installing a new BMS relay adjacent the existing warning light in the gatehouse and new BMS cabling in an existing underground communications duct from the main building to the gatehouse.
