Statement of Work/Overview:

GENERAL SCOPE (GOC754652):
A brief description of the scope of work is as follows:

Work under this Contract includes upgrades to the lighting at the Government of Canada Building located at 105 Christina Street S., Sarnia, Ontario. The lighting at this building consist of mainly T8 and T12 fluorescent lamps. There are also compact fluorescent and U-bend fluorescent lighting in the building. The exterior lighting are all LED fixtures. Upgrades to the lighting shall include replacement of existing lamps with energy efficient LED retrofit lamps. The replacement lamps are specified to be compatible with the existing fixtures and ballast. All existing fixtures, ballast, wiring and conduits are to remain. All replacement lamps are to be DLC or Energy Star listed.

In general, the scope of work consists of maintenance inspections in alignment with the CMMS Preventative Maintenance Schedule, the National Electrical Code, and ‘Electrical Safety Authority (ESA)’ guidelines.
