Statement of Work/Overview:
Request for Consulting Services
 
The consultant will engage and carry all costs required to complete the design, tender, construction management and closeout phases of the project.
 
Health Canada has been asked to reduce their space at Sinclair Centre. The tenant would like to start by reducing their storage space on the B3 level of the Federal Tower by approximately 50%.
 
The scope of work for this project is to:
 
1. Demise the HC Storage space in half so that it can be leased to another department
2. Reconfigure the remaining HC space to meet HC operational requirements.
 
The time zone listed in the RFQ documentation is Pacific Standard Time (PST). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFQ documentation PST.
