Description

  • PLEASE NOTE: all times listed in the Merx notice are NFLD Time
  • Tenant-originated scope of work is as follows:  remove existing cabinets, sink, faucets, and bulkhead above cabinets (if required).  Install power outlet and modify existing plumbing to accommodate a new dishwasher.  Install new cabinets, countertop, sink, faucets, and dishwasher as per drawing provided by tenant.  Patch and paint area around new cabinets.  Paint remainder of room to match new install.  Dispose of any material from demolition.  Remove water purification and re-install in new cabinets.  Clean carpets after work has been completed. Consultant to also investigate and make recommendations to address a leak that caused the damaged to the original cabinets.
