Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT.
Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the security desk on the ground floor at 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC. V6C 3R2
Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Amendment.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is NOT required.
Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided,
fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
