P1􀀃 to􀀃 P3 􀀃Parking􀀃 levels.􀀃Study 􀀃Only. 􀀃Wiring􀀃 is 􀀃buried 􀀃in 􀀃steel 􀀃conduit􀀃 in 􀀃concrete 􀀃slab.􀀃􀀃The 􀀃conduit 􀀃has􀀃 been􀀃 corroded􀀃 in 􀀃the 􀀃concrete 􀀃causing􀀃 phantom􀀃 tripping 􀀃and 􀀃electrical 􀀃shorts􀀃 when􀀃 cars 􀀃in 􀀃the 􀀃parking lot 􀀃drive 􀀃over􀀃 affected 􀀃areas.􀀃 􀀃System􀀃 continues 􀀃to 􀀃deteriorate. 􀀃Inspection 􀀃and 􀀃photos 􀀃attached􀀃 indicate􀀃a􀀃 primary􀀃 source􀀃 of􀀃 water􀀃 infiltration􀀃 that􀀃 may􀀃 have􀀃 contributed􀀃 to􀀃 the􀀃 corrosion􀀃 and􀀃 subsequent􀀃 malfunction􀀃 of􀀃 conduit.􀀃 Inspection􀀃 should􀀃 include􀀃 all􀀃 areas􀀃 where􀀃 conduit􀀃 enters􀀃 and􀀃 exits􀀃 the􀀃 slab􀀃 especially􀀃 where􀀃 moisture􀀃 may􀀃 infiltrate.􀀃Study 􀀃will 􀀃include 􀀃options􀀃 to􀀃 corrective 􀀃action.􀀃
