Description

Removal and disposal of the existing 347/600V, 350Kw emergency generator - engine block, alternator, radiator, exhaust, recirculation dampers, associated equipment, fuel piping etc.
Environmentally dispose of existing fuel, radiator coolant etc
Supply and install new 347/600V, 250Kw emergency generator, craned from the lower rear carpark in pieces, re-assemble and all associated equipment for commission in conjunction with a 3rd party Commissioning Agent. Supply and install new generator switchboard, emergency switchboard SWBD#1, surge protection device, 3 new automatic transfer switches, emergency lighting panel & stepdown transformer and new power feeds.
Scope will include ‘out of hours’ noisy & odor generating work as well as any electrical shutdowns, BAS connections, fire alarm verification, refueling and all approvals from supervising authorities such as ESA, TSSA etc
