CONTRACTING SERVICES
GOC325587 – AHU Coil Replacement
Replace two (2) HVAC coils located on the penthouse level of the RCMP D Division building. The coils identified for immediate replacement are: AHU-5 Cooling Coil. The coils are in two sections per bank, each of them can be considered a separate coil.

Included in the scope of work:

Staged demolition and removal of existing coils for AHU 5
Installation of new coils, drain pans, strainers, vents and pipe insulation
Flushing of new coils
Cleaning and balancing of the new coil systems
Balance the full system
System start-up and commissioning

The time zone listed in the RFP documentation is Central Standard Time (CST). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFP documentation PST.
