Description

Replacement of 3 manual revolving doors, two of which are located on Spark’s Street and one from the St. Andrew’s Courtyard. There are also 4 side doors in total; Spark’s Street has 2 (one door is barrier free and the other door includes after-hour swipe card access hardware); Courtyard has 2 doors attached to the revolving doors, one of which is a barrier free door but has no swipe card access hardware. All new doors to be replaced, complete with frames and hardware and new foot grills. Contractor to carry all applicable sub trades.
