CONTRACTING SERVICES

GOC327267 – Upgrade Communal Area Lighting

Included in the scope of work:

Re‐lamping and Re‐ballasting office valence light fixtures, refuge area light fixtures and 4’ light fixtures in washrooms with fluorescent lamps and maintain lighting levels on floors 3-21.
Replace pot lights with new efficient LED pot fixtures in Elevator lobby and Washrooms.
Upgrade the existing GE lighting control software to current standards and advanced techniques.

Please register with RFP Administrator 48 hours prior to the site visit date (January 5, 2016) if attending mandatory site walkthrough.
