Description

This Notice of Proposed Procurement describes BGIS’ intent to solicit Consultants/Contractors for a Major Project within the Place du Portage III (PDP 3) complex. The project is called PDP 3 Asset and Workplace Renewal, which will be referred to as PDP 3 AWR for the remainder of the document.
The solicitations will have security requirements and will be published on the BGIS MERX Portal at www.brookfieldgis.merx.com.
The project will be divided into two phases. Phase 1 and Phase 2 are similar in scope and size.

Phase 1 Demolition Consultant (Anticipated publish date: Winter 2018/2019),
Phase 1 Demolition Contractor (Anticipated publish date: Summer 2019), and
Phase 1 and 2 Design Consultant (Anticipated publish date: Winter 2018/2019).
