Description

The intent of the project is to correct all observed fire stopping issues identified in the specifications. Installation of fire stopping materials to seal existing penetrations through horizontal fire rated separations (floors/celings) and in limited instances vertical fire rated separations (walls/shafts). All fire stopping systems require a ULC or cUL listed design and shop drawings. Remove existing ceiling plywood sheathing in abandon Stairway (now Storage Room 124) and replace with fire rated gypsum board. Please ensure to read all attachments/documents to fully understand the scope of this project and its deliverables.
