1.) At the south end of the suite by the entrance RCMP want to put up a demountable wall with a door to create a conference room. 2) As you move past the reception area going North on the right hand side there is currently an open passageway to an adjoining suite. The client would like a demountable wall installed so the suites are no longer adjoined in this manner. 3) Continuing North there is currently a second passageway to the adjoining suite. In this instance the client would like a doorway with demountable wall frame installed in this area. 4) On the Northwest portion of the office they want to create an additional office. 5) There may be some electrical work required. NOTE: It would appear that the wall that is being put up in the entrance and the office In the northwest portion were there from original construction so this might suggest that HVAC and sprinkler heads
and light fixtures will not need to be altered as a result of this project; however, this information will need to be verified as a component of this project to ensure all code requirements are maintained.
