The scope of this project is to:

Install fan, ductwork handers and accessories
Replace existing door with new fire rated door complete with security grille.
Install new thermostats.
Tie system into existing BAS
Patch and Paint Wall

Clarifications and Modifications:
1. DELETE Bid Closing Date and Time: January 10, 2019 at 2:00 PM EST and REPLACE it with
the following: Bid Closing Date and Time: January 11, 2019 at 2:00 PM EST
2. Add Mechanical and Electrical Addendum No. 1 (JRHE 3183-1 dated January 8, 2019)
attached.
3. CLARIFICATION All work must to be completed by February 24, 2019 pending confirmation of
material delivery as per SOW and General Instruction document.

A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.

If proponents wishes to visit the site, they MUST confirm attendance by 2:00 PM on Monday December 31, 2018 via e-mail to Rajesh Gupta at: Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com. Photo ID required if attending. Proponents must check in with Security Desks on the date of the visit. (DO NOT INQUIRE WITH THE TENANT)

All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.

In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
