Statement of Work/Overview:
Request for Consulting Services
The 7th floor & part of the 8th floor space is to be returned to its base building shell on 6 sides.  This will involve the demolishing of all the offices, functional spaces, kitchenettes and any other space up to the demising walls. Existing plumbing will need to be capped off. The drop ceilings will be excluded from this demolition and will remain in place. This is a LEED certified building so all work and demolishing practices must conform to LEED EB:O&M requirements.  Removal of carpet and floor finishes to be included in the demo project. Supply of carpet not included.
Demo plans have been completed.  Require consultant to verify the plans, provide construction documents, ender administration & construction contract administration.
 
The time zone listed in the RFQ documentation is Pacific Standard Time (PST). The time zone listed in Merx is Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Please be aware of the appropriate closing dates and times according to the RFQ documentation PST.
